Role Description

The Inbound Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Durham. In this position, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through excellent customer interactions. Tasks include resolving customer queries, processing orders, managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales, with the ability to confidently engage customers and close sales
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and ensure excellent service
  • Experience with order processing and account management to manage customer accounts and ensure seamless order execution
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment
  • Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, particularly within workwear or B2B industries, is advantageous
