As an Artwork Customer Service at Workwear Express, you\'ll play a crucial role in the customer\'s journey, fielding inquiries through various channels, including email and telephone.

Day-to-day tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and website systems.
- Ensure all contacts are answered within the agreed timeframe.
- Provide assistance to customers with artwork inquiries, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to modify or adjust logos as required.
- Take ownership of escalated issues related to Artwork, liaising with the customer and Production to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Workwear Express products to provide top-notch assistance for all artwork inquiries.
- Be the voice of Workwear Express, consistently providing an engaging, positive, and exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure they have an outstanding experience throughout their journey.
- Inform customers about any changes to artwork applications or order changes.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Support & Artwork team.
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and in accordance with our service level agreements.
