We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director with a proven track record of building and growing high performing Enterprise Account Executive and Account Management teams that consistently deliver results through superior sales execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide leadership across enterprise new-logo sales and account management teams, driving pipeline growth, ensuring sales process excellence.
- Recruit and empower a team of sales reps enabling them to act as strategic partners to the world’s largest field service companies by coaching them to align WorkWave’s solutions with measurable business impact.
- Champion a high performance sales culture that is grounded in coaching, accountability, recognition, and continuous development, ensuring both individual and team success.
- Be responsible for ramping your team, performance management, and leading the team to consistently build and execute a healthy pipeline of Enterprise SaaS opportunities.
- Lead change with clarity and purpose, effectively communicating vision while motivating and inspiring team members.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, inspiring confidence and trust with team members, peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with driving a consultative sales approach.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales and revenue focused talent.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers.
- Facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel @ 25% to participate in executive sales presentations, tradeshows and corporate events.
- Experience calling on major accounts and national accounts selling complex solutions.
The expected salary range for the role is $150,000 - $170,000 + commission. The final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organisation's budget. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
