Recruitment Resourcer –Join a Fast-Growing Talent Team!

We’re expanding and need a Recruitment Resourcer who knows how to find top talent! This role offers 25 days\’ holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off and hybrid working all while working in a forward-thinking recruitment environment.

What You\’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging and managing top talent. This isn’t just about posting jobs – it’s about being a proactive sourcing expert. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating and refining Boolean search strings to source passive and active candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library and Indeed CV Search.
  • Writing search engine optimised job adverts to ensure maximum reach and visibility.
  • Conducting structured candidate screenings over the phone and via MS Teams.
  • Managing the candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Collaborating closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand each role.
  • Maintaining accurate records and workflow via our ATS.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in using Boolean searches to find talent on CV databases and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A passion for sourcing, headhunting, and understanding what makes people tick.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Confidence using CRMs or ATS systems in a fast-paced setting.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a high-trust, team-focused environment.

Location & Hours

This is a full-time role based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You\’ll work 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working available. We’re all about flexibility, productivity, and people.
