The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities across the UK. This is a field‑based role that offers flexibility, including the ability to work from home when not visiting clients. Your initial focus will be on strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Over time, you’ll also take ownership of identifying and converting new leads in line with the company’s growth strategy.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm; Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
Location: National (home and field‑based, with occasional office visits)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients across the UK
- Visiting customer sites to understand needs, present solutions, and identify opportunities
- Preparing and delivering quotations and proposals in collaboration with the technical team
- Generating new business leads and managing a consistent sales pipeline
- Liaising with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Accurately maintaining CRM data and reporting on sales performance and activity
