We are looking for a high-impact Growth, Social Media & Brand Expert to take ownership of lead generation, brand building, sales conversion, and the full customer journey.

Location: Cambridge, UK (with UK-wide travel to factories, warehouses & client sites)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, field-driven role combining:

  • Social media & video-led marketing
  • Personal brand development for the founder

You will travel across the UK to customer sites, factories, and warehouses, capturing real content, generating enquiries, converting leads, and ensuring a seamless experience from first enquiry through to capturing and aftercare. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, commercially minded, tech-savvy, up to date on trends, and execution-focused.

Marketing, Content & Personal Brand

  • Plan and execute social media strategies that generate real enquiries and measurable results
  • Travel across the UK to capture content: Stone related videos, fabrication, installations, before/after, informative explanation videos, trader interviews, and customer stories
  • Create and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest)
  • Present confidently on camera, explaining products, processes, and craftsmanship
  • Build and manage both the company brand and the founder’s personal brand
  • Collaborate closely with the media team to ensure consistent output and quality
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat)
  • Proactively follow up and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Build trust with UK customers through clear, confident communication
  • Maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work towards clear targets, conversion metrics, and revenue goals

CRM, Systems & Process Ownership (Non-Negotiable)

  • Own and manage the CRM system (leads, deals, tasks, notes, records)
  • Track the full sales pipeline across CRM, WhatsApp, and internal tools
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
  • Monitor follow-ups, payments, delivery milestones, and communications
  • Use systems effectively to reduce delays, errors, and dependency
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Handle concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Represent the company and founder with integrity, clarity, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English with UK-standard professional communication
  • Confident on camera and comfortable creating video content
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and target-focused
  • Experience or willing to work with UK or European customers
  • Willingness to travel across the UK
  • Strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and numeracy (mandatory)
  • Proven experience or willing to learn CRM systems and digital tools

Preferred

  • Background in interior design, construction, kitchens, stone, or project-based sales
  • Experience in consultative or high-value sales
  • Understanding of content-led growth and social media funnels
  • Driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)

Candidates must hold a valid visa with a minimum of 12 months’ remaining validity. Those who demonstrate strong performance over 12–18 months of service will be considered for work permit sponsorship, with all related costs covered by the company.
