You’ll be joining Unwired Ventures, the organisation behind WORKTECH - a globally recognised conference series delivered in over 40 cities worldwide. We specialise in research-led conferences focused on the Future of Work, innovation, technology and real estate. Our clients include real estate leaders, corporate occupiers, and cutting-edge technology providers. We are an entrepreneurial, collaborative and fast-growing business based in Southwest London.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and convert new sponsorship opportunities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Develop long-term relationships with global clients
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Support research and targeted lead generation initiatives
- Represent WORKTECH at international events and networking opportunities
Requirements, Skills and Characteristics
- 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant subject
- 3+ years Sponsorship Sales Experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Target-driven, organised and self-motivated
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Interest in workplace, innovation, technology or property sectors
- Proven New Business Hunter
- Track Record of Closing High-Value / Bespoke Deals
- Consultative / Solution Selling Ability
- Experience Selling to Senior Decision-Makers / C-Suite
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting Discipline

Benefits Include
- Salary package: £30k–£40k base salary depending on experience, plus £30k on-target sales bonus
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Hybrid working; typically working 2-3 days in our office
- Short-term remote working by request (business needs permitting)
