Workstyle CIC is undertaking the Workstyle Monitor, a five-year longitudinal study conducted in partnership with King’s College London to explore autonomy, trust, technology and outcomes such as wellbeing and productivity. We are seeking an experienced Research & Impact Lead to work with our team and academic partners, shaping interpretation and communication from Year 1 findings for employers, policymakers and practitioners in an engaging, accessible way.
