Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an Unbelievable Customer experience.
- Responsible for day to day running of Workshop UK Leicester showroom.
- Serve customers in store, on the phone, via email or online, with excellent customer service at your forefront.
- Process Sales Orders.
- Process Purchasing.
- Process logistics with 3rd party courier service.
- Support the Branding team.
- Proactively contacting current & new customers.
- Support the General Manager in Proactively growing the business.
- Proactively monitoring & reporting Leads generated.
