Our client a leader in their field is now seeking a Sales Administrator to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market

  • Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders
  • Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates
  • Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments
  • Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned
  • Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers
  • Update customer information in our CRM & ERP.
  • Maintain market & competitor knowledge.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge & competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products when necessary

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience.

  • Sales Administrator, Account management or Internal account management background.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
  • Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
  • Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
