Experience:
- Communicate proactively if delivery is at risk.
- Communicate fully, clearly and promptly on:
- Any queries relating to requested work.
- The status of projects.
- Changing situations or factors affecting suppliers.
- Produce project status reports as required to inform financial, sales and operational planning.
- With reasonable notice and in line with the company handbook, be available outside office hours to communicate with international colleagues in other time zones.
- Take and make opportunities to collaborate, network and strengthen relationships with colleagues, suppliers, customers and industry partners.
- Provide technical presentations and participate in customer design reviews when required.
- All meetings to have agendas and action points set.
- Engage with all company communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint).
- Observe Products company and Health use initiative to identify future opportunities and carry out preliminary feasibility investigations.
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team as required.
- Undertake duties other than those specifically listed where reasonably required.
