Our client, a leader in their field, is now seeking a Sales Administrator to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders.
- Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates.
- Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments.
- Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned.
- Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers.
- Update customer information in our CRM & ERP.
- Maintain market & competitor knowledge.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge & competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products when necessary.
- Sales Administrator, Account management or Internal account management background.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment/for a manufacturing organisation.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
- Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
- Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
- Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.
