Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Manager to lead incoming enquiries, maximise conversion opportunities, and play a key role in building and developing a high-performing sales team.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a luxury brand where service excellence and customer experience are paramount. Working with warm inbound enquiries, you will be responsible for converting high-value opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience. As the business continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and develop an internal sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience within Internal Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, Luxury Travel, Hospitality, Private Aviation, Executive Transport, Concierge Services, or a related premium service sector.
- Strong track record of converting enquiries into revenue.
- Experience dealing with affluent clients, senior executives, or high-net-worth individuals would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach.
- Commercially aware with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ambitious and keen to progress into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert warm inbound enquiries for luxury chauffeur services, executive travel, and private aviation solutions.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, VIPs, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored luxury travel solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and bespoke travel packages.
- Maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling premium services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
- Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of future sales team members.
- Support the wider commercial strategy and growth plans of the business.
