We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is a varied role combining logistics coordination with general administrative support, ideal for someone highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics and transport operations
  • Process orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery or operational issues
  • Prepare logistics documentation including delivery notes and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems (CRM/ERP)

General Administration Duties:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Manage and update databases, systems, and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and support diary management where required
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper-based)
  • Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in logistics, office administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems is desirable
  • Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
