Our client are a specialist fabrication company delivering scalable and containerized engineering systems for both municipal and industrial clients. Based in the midlands they deliver end-to-end engineering, from concept and design through to installation and commissioning.
They currently seeking an experience Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and selling a range of fabricated equipment
About You
- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally within the Steel , fabrication OR environmental services, or industrial equipment
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment systems
- Ideally based within a commutable distance of Derby
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- UK driving license and willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial and municipal sectors
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
