Are you an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background and hands-on experience using Hub Spot?

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the UK marketing strategy, developing and delivering campaigns that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and directly support commercial growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, sales and product teams, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's marketing approach across digital channels, CRM, content, events and product launches.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic marketing planning with campaign execution, while having the freedom to develop processes, improve lead generation and make a measurable commercial difference.

  • Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy in line with wider commercial objectives.
  • Own and optimise Hub Spot CRM, including marketing automation, workflows, customer journeys and lead management.
  • Develop and deliver targeted B2B campaigns to generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs and lead nurturing journeys through Hub Spot.
  • Manage customer data, segmentation and CRM processes to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, nurture prospects and support pipeline development.
  • Create and oversee engaging content across social media, websites, email and wider digital channels.
  • Support the marketing strategy for new products, services and commercial initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions and other lead-generation activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data and reporting to continually improve marketing activity.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen the company's brand and market presence.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing position.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within engineering, energy, technology, industrial or another technical environment.
  • Hands-on Hub Spot experience is essential, with confidence managing CRM, automation, workflows, campaigns and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, nurturing and marketing-to-sales processes.
  • Experience creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging B2B content.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a growing business where you can take ownership and make decisions.
