The Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join an established business in Redditch.
This is a varied commercial role combining new business development, account management, support and marketing.
You will be responsible for developing new customer opportunities, managing existing accounts and supporting marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through outbound calls, email, networking and other sales activity.
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Create and coordinate marketing content across digital and social media channels.
- Support email marketing, promotional campaigns and lead-generation activity.
