Your Role
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to match customer needs with company solutions.
- Lead B2B commercial efforts and execute growth strategies in key markets.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure a customer-focused sales approach.
- Maintain compliance with international market regulations while managing sales processes.
- Define and clearly communicate the companyβs unique selling points to potential clients.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, overseeing lead generation to contract signature.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction post-sale through ongoing relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
- Develop sales forecasts and business plans to drive market expansion.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Focus on client acquisition and retention in Europe, LATAM, South Africa, and Australia.

Your Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales within the sports betting / igaming industry, focusing on Europe, LATAM, South Africa, and Australia.
- CRM & Sales Tools: Strong experience managing sales pipelines via CRM systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for business planning and reporting.
- Ability to Travel: This job requires flexibility to travel to events or to company HQ 1-2 weeks per month.
- Communication & Networking: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and business development abilities.
