We’re looking for a Strategic Projects Manager (18 Months Fixed Term Contract) to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile initiatives sponsored by the Executive Team that support the company's growth, transformation, and operational effectiveness.
You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, ranging from brand rollouts to AI and technology implementations to operating model changes, and other company-wide initiatives. Driving each project from concept to delivery, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to secure lasting business impact.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves solving complex problems and knows how to bring people together to make things happen.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading high-profile strategic and transformation projects end-to-end.
- Managing stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership.
- Driving change adoption and embedding new ways of working.
- Managing project plans, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Delivering measurable business benefits and continuous improvement.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience leading complex projects, transformation programmes or large-scale change initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
- The ability to bring structure, pace and clarity to ambiguous challenges.
- A track record of delivering results through others and driving organisational change.
This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
