12 Month Fixed Term Contract: Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing the sales opportunities across our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Sales Managers, you will ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
- You’ll conduct viewings of vacant spaces, identify customer requirements, and sell the benefits of the centre and Workspace.
- Customer service, determination, and negotiation skills are essential to be successful in this role.
- Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales and Asset team, you’ll help to identify value‑enhancing centre improvements, advise on queries, unit pricing and levels of demand.
- This role would be looking after sites in the West London portfolio of buildings.
