Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and as a Regional Manager, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the business in leading and managing a portfolio of properties. Reporting to the Head of Centre Management, you’ll be the bridge between high level strategy and on the ground brilliance. You will drive rental income, occupancy and profitability, while keeping a sharp eye on NPS and ancillary revenue. You will oversee the P&L, service charge budgets and cost control initiatives in close partnership with the Facilities Team. You will also proactively manage the region to ensure our product and customer service are nothing short of operational excellence. Providing line management and mentoring our Centre Managers, you will foster a high performance one team culture.
