As a natural brand ambassador with an excellent design eye, you’ll lead the marketing roadmap for our core product portfolio of flexible work spaces and be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing activities that generate enquiries, viewings and revenue. You’ll focus on new launches, refurbishments, and priority buildings to build occupancy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with digital marketing, sales and asset teams to deliver multi‑channel campaigns, enhance local brand presence and manage visual branding. You’ll oversee budgets, monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
You’ll manage the in‑house photographer to ensure all property photography is delivered on time, on budget and to high quality, and build relationships with external creative agencies. This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.
