Workspace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects across our commercial and industrial properties. Reporting to the Head of Project Management and Building Surveying, you will lead projects ranging from £500,000 to £5 million, taking them from concept through to completion. This role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to shape the quality and performance of our property portfolio. You will play a critical role in ensuring all projects meet Workspace’s standards for cost, programme, quality, and compliance, while also acting as a trusted advisor on construction matters across the business.

This role requires you to be on sites 4 days a week.
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent) and MRICS qualified with 4+ years PQE
- Experience delivering commercial/industrial projects across all RIBA stages
- Strong knowledge of construction, contracts (JCT), and relevant legislation
- Experience managing full project lifecycle, including procurement, tendering, and consultant coordination
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope, with a focus on cost efficiency
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites
