As a Billing Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting the Billing team to streamline processes to improve the customer experience. You’ll be responsible for raising invoices, credit notes and processing daily Accounts Receivable bank transactions. You will also provide invoices for short term lets, process customer refunds and accurate tenant receipts. You will respond to queries in the Billings inbox within a timely manner and liaise with internal stakeholders to manage deposit deeds, action contract extensions, process rent reviews and close customer accounts within the Property Management System.
