Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and as a Billings Specialist (internally known as a Leasing Executive) you will be a positive, confident, and motivated brand representative to assist the business with the leasing process of all the commercial office lettings once terms have been negotiated and agreed by the Sales Managers.
The leasing team also assists the Renewals and Rating with the production of legal notices and leases for the business’s lease renewals and rating programs. High volumes of lease transactions are completed in a fast-paced process.
You’ll be responsible for assisting with the Leasing Process through the updating of databases and invoicing for customer accounts. In this role, you will be involved with answering internal queries in relation to the property, deal terms and lease contracts. If you have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you. This role is a maternity cover position (12-months).
What we look for:
- Proactiveness, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
- Previous experience using accounting software.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proven experience of monthly, quarterly and annual invoicing/billing.
- Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g. use of VLOOKUP’s, what-if analysis, pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail.
