Junior Building Surveyor

The Vacancy

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Building Surveyor to support the condition, maintenance and development of our diverse property portfolio. This role provides hands‑on technical experience across surveys, building fabric repairs, project delivery and compliance, offering an excellent development pathway within a surveying and project management team.

You will assist senior surveyors with building inspections, reporting, tender preparation and project coordination, while managing your own smaller repair projects. You will develop expertise across dilapidations, Licences to Alter, PPM surveys, defect diagnosis and refurbishment schemes, helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant and aligned to Workspace design standards.

This role is ideal for someone progressing through a Building Surveying qualification and looking to gain practical experience, while supporting the continued improvement of London’s most exciting workspace environments.

What You’ll Need

• To be working towards a Building Surveying Degree or MSc equivalent (RICS accredited).
• Knowledge of building services
• Knowledge of construction principles, technology and pathology
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards including H&S requirements
• Previous experience developing contingency plans to address unforeseen issues or changes in project scope
• Knowledge of CDM and H&S related risk management

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
