We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our dynamic Investment Team at Workspace. This role offers significant responsibility from day one within a small, agile team. You will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting acquisitions and disposals, and shaping portfolio strategy through disciplined capital allocation. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working autonomously, and has a strong commercial mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience in real estate investment or a related field
- Strong financial modelling skills across acquisitions and disposals
- Solid understanding of key metrics (IRR, NPV, yield, NOI, ROIC)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Argus, Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Good awareness of the London real estate market
- Experience with operational or flexible assets is advantageous
You’ll Also Be:
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Commercially minded with sound judgement
- Proactive with an ownership mentality
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines

This role requires you to be on site 4 days a week.
