Hospitality Lead

We’re looking for a full‑time Hospitality Lead to spearhead our partner operations, manage key relationships, and implement a best‑in‑class accounting strategy that maximises our NPR. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our future by taking the lead on the discovery and set‑up of new café operations, overseeing refurbishments, and ensuring our F&B programmes consistently deliver exceptional customer service and financial performance. What You Need

• Demonstrable regular use of Microsoft Office package, CRM & EPOS systems of equivalent.
• Experience of running multi‑site operations and staff.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety processes.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
