We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Technology Projects to lead the delivery of our technology change portfolio and ensure our digital and operational capabilities continue to support the growth of London’s SMEs. You will be responsible for ensuring all technology initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to our business strategy. Acting as the link between strategic ambition and delivery, you will set delivery standards, strengthen governance frameworks and drive successful outcomes across core platform transformations (ERP, CRM, data, cloud) as well as customer-facing and operational improvement programmes. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage high‑value technology investments, and provide clear, credible communication at executive level. A strong commercial mindset, proven delivery discipline, and exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure our technology roadmap delivers measurable value for the business.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience leading complex technology programmes and portfolios
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformations (ERP, CRM, data, cloud)
- Strong governance, planning, financial management and prioritisation capability
- Ability to manage mixed delivery models (internal teams, partners, SaaS vendors)
- Exceptional communication skills with credibility at board and executive level
- Skilled in balancing pace, quality, risk and commercial outcomes
- Relevant delivery frameworks knowledge (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments)
- Microsoft Certified Architect credentials (Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or Azure) desirable
