Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Head of Health & Safety plays an integral part in ensuring that Workspace complies with all relevant regulations and maintains a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our policies and procedures align with current regulations and oversee the implementation of suitable controls.
- Communicate health and safety policies, conduct audits and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and manage health and safety activities, making recommendations for organisational changes.
- Manage risk registers and provide expert advice on H&S implications.
What We Need From You:
- Relevant previous job experience.
- Vocational training – NEBOSH or an NVQ Level 6 Diploma.
- Knowledge of asbestos management processes, preferably holding a BOHS P405 Managing Asbestos in Buildings qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent written communication and verbal skills.
- Excellent organisation & time management.
- Previous line management experience.
- Confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
