Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Head of Health & Safety plays an integral part in ensuring that Workspace complies with all relevant regulations and maintains a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our policies and procedures align with current regulations and oversee the implementation of suitable controls.
  • Communicate health and safety policies, conduct audits and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and manage health and safety activities, making recommendations for organisational changes.
  • Manage risk registers and provide expert advice on H&S implications.

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant previous job experience.
  • Vocational training – NEBOSH or an NVQ Level 6 Diploma.
  • Knowledge of asbestos management processes, preferably holding a BOHS P405 Managing Asbestos in Buildings qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent written communication and verbal skills.
  • Excellent organisation & time management.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
