Workspace is seeking a passionate and proactive CRM & Engagement Manager to support its growing community of London businesses. Workspace recently launched its MyWorkspace member portal, which acts as a digital reception area where members can access benefits and connect with one another. This role will play a key part in evolving that platform and enhancing its impact for our SME customers.

As part of the Marketing Team, the CRM & Engagement Manager will contribute to customer occupancy targets by expanding the MyWorkspace ecosystem for existing and prospective customers and partners. A key objective is to drive both digital and physical engagement through well‑designed CRM journeys built on Microsoft Customer Insights. The role is heavily data‑led, requiring the use of insight and testing to identify opportunities that strengthen engagement, retention, occupancy and revenue.

This role will require you to work 4 days in our offices in Camden.
