The VacancyWorkspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated and friendly Centre staff are at the heart of our customer community. We’re looking for a Centre Manager to manage The Centro Buildings (213,000 sq ft). Being the first point of contact for visitors and customers by maintaining a public presence, you will provide first-class customer service to all customers and visitors to the centre.
You will ensure all day-to-day customer needs and complaints are handled quickly and efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction. You will need to be excellent at building relationships, thinking on your feet, and solving problems independently. With strong communication skills, you will spend time talking to our customers and understanding their businesses and needs. This is a busy, varied, and engaging role where one day is rarely the same as the next.
You will also work with our central marketing team to put on regular events and customer engagement activities. You'll need great social and administrative skills and the ability to run a building as if it were your own. You will be managing and leading a small team and be responsible for service charge budgets, customer service, finding innovative ways to reach our Net Zero Carbon Goal by 2030, and handling general property queries.
With management experience within an operational role, the successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience in customer care and people skills
- Have experience of working in a strong customer-facing environment
- Have knowledge of preparing, managing, and reviewing budgets
- Have the ability to engage and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Have the ability to meet and succeed set targets
- Have knowledge of Health & Safety processes
