Responsibilities
- As a Billing Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting the Billing team to streamline processes to improve the customer experience.
- You’ll be responsible for raising invoices, credit notes and processing daily accounts receivable bank transactions.
- You will also provide invoices for short‑term lets, process customer refunds and accurate tenant receipts.
- You will respond to queries in the Billings inbox within a timely manner and liaise with internal stakeholders to manage deposit deeds, action contract extensions, process rent reviews and close customer accounts within the Property Management System.
