You will manage the process from occupancy events through to payment, allocation, reconciliation and reporting, while ensuring compliance with local authority and VOA requirements.
You will lead a small team, driving continuous improvements in processes and systems, and liaise with Finance, Leasing, Credit Control and Technology.
