Digital Growth and Optimisation Lead Location: The Centro Building, London Salary: Generous Salary plus Benefits We’re looking for a Digital Growth and Optimisation Lead to take ownership of our digital acquisition and conversion strategy. This role will drive website optimisation, search performance and paid media. You’ll use customer insight and experimentation to find new opportunities, bring in more qualified enquiries and improve conversion. You’ll build and prioritise a roadmap across CRO, SEO and GEO, working with our content team to improve how Workspace appears in AI search. An exciting new website launches in November, and you’ll shape what happens next. You’ll be equally comfortable drilling into analytics, challenging agency recommendations and getting stakeholders behind your plans. You’ll connect website, media and sales data to make clear calls on where to invest and what to improve. Beyond the relaunch, you’ll grow organic and owned channels, turn strong content into paid campaigns that reach new audiences, and put AI to practical use in analysis and optimisation.
