As a Venue Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our meeting and event spaces run seamlessly. You will be the first point of contact for event attendees, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating event logistics, and supporting the Venue Manager to drive enquiries, revenue, and operational excellence.
You will manage booking requests, prepare rooms to the highest standard, liaise with caterers and AV suppliers, support client needs throughout the day, and ensure every event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new internal systems

- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in events, conferencing or hospitality is desirable
- Sales experience or evidence of supporting revenue growth is desirable
This role requires you to work onsite 5 days a week, with flexibility for early mornings (from 06:00) and late finishes (up to 23:00) as part of a weekly rota.
