What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting and improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Carrying out internal audits and supporting external audits.
- Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Ensuring customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements are met.
- Supporting new product introduction activities.
- Using data to reduce scrap, complaints, and cost of poor quality.
- Contributing to continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality processes.
What We Are Looking For
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification (essential).
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- A practical, hands-on approach to quality and problem-solving.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.
- Confident communicator who works well with engineering, production, and suppliers.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Nice to Have (but not essential)
- Aerospace, pharmaceutical, medical, or similar background.
- Exposure to PPAP / APQP.
- Lean or Six Sigma training.
