Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established organisation seeking a dependable People & Operations Assistant to work closely with a senior People and Operations leader.

This is a predominantly remote role, but you must live within approximately 30 minutes of Portsmouth for occasional in-person meetings.

The People & Operations Assistant will provide hands-on administration, coordination and follow-through across People, compliance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide trusted day-to-day support to a senior People and Operations leader.

Manage incoming queries, redirecting or escalating them where appropriate.

Coordinate recruitment, interviews and new starter on-boarding.

Support payroll, timesheets, training and DSE administration.

Maintain People, compliance and data protection records and deadlines.

Coordinate data subject requests and follow up outstanding actions.
