This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer to join a successful team supporting customers nationwide.
You'll receive two weeks of intensive training on joining, giving you a solid understanding of the company's CNC machinery and service standards, followed by ongoing technical development and support from an experienced Service Helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities * Install, commission, service and repair CNC machinery at customer sites. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults. * Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and technical manuals. * Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs. * Complete accurate service reports and documentation. * Deliver outstanding customer service during every site visit. * Travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays on larger projects.
Skills & Experience * At least 3 years' experience as a CNC Field Service Engineer or in a similar field service role. * Background within the machinery or CNC industry. * Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. * Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Full UK driving licence. * Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required.
