Territory Sales Manager - Tooling and Machinery Southampton – Southern area territory £30,000 base salary – £55-£58,000 OTE Full-Time| Permanent Car and equipment supplied Are you an experienced Sales Manager with at least four years’ territory-based field sales experience in industrial tooling, power tools or machinery? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a Southern UK sales territory for a specialist industrial equipment business. You’ll have the autonomy to develop new business, grow existing accounts and build strong relationships with customers and distributors. You’ll also demonstrate a range of specialist machinery and represent the business at exhibitions and industry events. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the Southern sales territory to achieve agreed targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors. Generate sales through direct customer engagement and distribution partners. Demonstrate industrial tooling and machinery to prospective customers. Identify opportunities to increase sales across the product range. Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events. Skills & Experience Required At least four years’ territory-based field sales experience. Full UK driving licence Background in industrial tooling, power tools or industrial machinery sales. Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts. Experience managing a sales territory and working towards targets. Confident presenting and demonstrating technical products. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a home-based role. Willingness to travel throughout the Southern UK territory and attend industry events. What’s on Offer?
