We are recruiting a Sales Support Advisor to join a busy commercial team, providing high-quality sales support across customer enquiries, project coordination and internal sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, data accuracy and playing a key role in enabling successful sales outcomes.
As a Sales Support Advisor, you will act as a central point of contact for incoming enquiries, delivering professional sales support while working closely with internal sales teams to convert opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line sales support for customer enquiries, including product information and selection guidance.
- Capture, qualify and log sales leads accurately within the CRM system to support sales pipelines.
- Deliver proactive sales support by coordinating enquiries, quotations and project updates with internal teams.
- Maintain and cleanse CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and effective sales support activity.
- Follow up responses from marketing campaigns and events to develop qualified leads.
- Carry out basic product sizing and selection processes (training provided).
- Provide consistent sales support via phone, email and digital channels to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support external sales teams by updating project and customer information.
- Ensure all work aligns with internal quality, environmental and compliance standards.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering sales support or commercial coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and CRM records.
- Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems.
