A well-established business is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its team in Bognor Regis. This is a varied role supporting the sales process, from processing orders and bookings through to taking payments and identifying opportunities to upsell. Working 40 hours per week between 8:30am and 5:30pm, the Sales Administrator will play an important role in ensuring customer orders and bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Take customer bookings and enter details onto the internal system Take and process customer payments Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services Maintain accurate customer and booking records Support the wider sales process and administration Provide professional and helpful customer service Ensure information is entered accurately onto internal systems Skills & Knowledge Required Previous sales administration experience is advantageous 2 years experience within administration and customer service is essential Hold a full UK driving licence and own vehicle Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Confident using internal computer systems Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling payments and customer bookings Proactive approach to identifying up selling opportunities The Sales Administrator role offers £28,500 per annum, with a full-time 40-hour working week
