An award willing B2B Marketing company who specialise in providing an outsourced sales and lead generation service, is looking for a proactive and driven candidate with previous sales, business development, telesales or lead generation experience to join their busy team. In this role you will be – Working on set campaigns, you will make outbound calls to create data of potential customers leads, to understand their needs and open up opportunities of working with your clients Supporting campaigns, you will send weekly email marketing mail shots to generate leads and following up responses. Regular contact with clients and attending Teams meetings to update them on weekly progress whilst maintaining stats and figures General adhoc administrative tasks and maintain CRM systems Required skills and experience – Previous experience in telephone based work – telesales/ business development/ telemarketing/ lead generation would be desirable Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via written correspondence is essential Driven, motivated character who is incentivised by targets and good commission structure Good computer skills Working hours Core office hours are below but the company offer flexibility around these, so you can leave as early as 1pm on a Friday!
