Our client is a local property maintenance company that performs reactive maintenance to social housing properties and other local government properties within their domestic and commercial portfolios. They are looking to recruit a painter and decorator who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM. Duties will include a wide variety of painting and decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties. The work will include all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, artex repairs, non-licensed asbestos removal (full training will be provided), must have good customer service skills, be hardworking and reliable.
