We are looking for a candidate who has native German language skills who is able to converse and complete administration at business level. As part of the German support team, you will provide sales and administrative support to customers and the non-office based sales team and liaising with other sites of the business within Europe. This is a varied and fast paced role that would suit someone who is.. Quick Accurate Organised in their work Ability to accept multiple tasks Work to deadlines. You will be… Providing an outstanding level of customer service in both English and German languages Be responsible for efficiently taking and processing sales orders Building relationships with other business team members and clients Liaising with field-based sales Team to support with sales administration Taking ownership of any customer issues or requests from start to finish Key Skills required: Native German and fluent in English language skills – both written & spoken A team player with a positive can-do attitude. Articulate verbal and written skills A confident telephone manner and natural rapport with customers Ability to multitask, prioritise and have a keen eye for detail Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel) and an ability to learn in-house data systems Very strong work ethic and happy to work in a small friendly team Ability to work under pressure Working Hours 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday Salary £24,000 – £27,500
