Are you an experienced account manager with a flair for building strong relationships and driving retail success? Our client, a well-established and highly respected Hampshire-based business, is looking for a Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager to join their growing team. With a portfolio of industry-leading products and brands, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Director to manage and develop relationships with some of the UK’s most prestigious retailers, as well as key independent partners.
Main Duties- Build and maintain strong relationships with key and major retail accounts.
- Arrange and lead regular business review meetings with buyers (in-person and online).
- Plan and implement customer account strategies to drive sales and ensure continued growth.
- Extract and analyse weekly sales data from retailer portals, creating clear Excel reports for brand partners.
- Keep retailer planning documents up to date with live and potential product lines.
- Coordinate promotions and product launches with internal and external teams.
- Track and review performance against forecasts, supporting the Sales Director with reporting and planning.
- Conduct occasional store and account visits to ensure effective merchandising and stock levels.
- Proven experience in retail account management or similar commercial role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis abilities (advanced level desirable).
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in sales or marketing environments beneficial.
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Salary and Benefits- Competitive salary – £28-32K (for a 4-day week)
