Our client seeks an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to support a busy sales and order processing team, to help drive sales performance. Work will include client communication, phone and email, management of databases and research through all methods to grow client numbers and build database. Wider database management and improvement will be included as will other internal sales and customer service support work. There will calls to clients to chase potential orders, follow up on quotes and support the external sales team. Main Duties Manage, service and support our existing internally managed accounts with communications and quotes including normal and clearance product, news, etc. Assist with management of our CRM and databases Develop and assist in the research new potential clients across these sectors as well as in other agreed sales channels. T Train on all general customer service and sales order processes to support our internal Customer Service team in times of increased demand. Order Processing duties are key at the start of each week and will assist team with putting orders on, answering calls to help with queries Build product knowledge so you can help with most requests for quotes and product enquiries. Action all catalogue and price list requests for the company. Skills and Knowledge Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, A clear, polite, and confident voice with good conversational skills, essential for presenting information and interacting with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a customer focussed, sales or business development role. Experience in CRM and Database use / development along with management of these. Strong IT competency including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Enthusiastic, cheerful and clearly spoken individual with a passion for making sales, satisfying customers and driving business growth Be proactive, efficient and well organised with good attention to detail, and capable of juggling a number of different things simultaneously Salary and Benefits £28-31K Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm – on site 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Contributory Pension On site parking
