This Skilled Labourer position is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced landscaping team on a variety of projects across Hampshire, driving not essential as transport supplied for 3 x weeks. We are recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join an established landscaping and grounds maintenance team working on projects in the Havant area. This is a practical, hands-on role supporting experienced landscapers with a range of outdoor works. The ideal Skilled Labourer will be hardworking, reliable and comfortable working outdoors. Responsibilities Assist landscapers with general landscaping and grounds maintenance Operate mowers, strimmer’s and garden power tools safely Support lawn mowing, maintenance and soft landscaping Assist with turfing, planting and flowerbed preparation Support fencing, gates and general light groundwork Assist with patio, slab and finishing works Carry out general labouring and site preparation Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area Skills & Knowledge Required Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or skilled labouring essential Confident using mowers, strimmer’s and garden power tools Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual work Hardworking, reliable and punctual Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Good practical skills and a positive attitude Able to work across a variety of landscaping projects Two suitable sources of references required Benefits £17.50 per hour Good rates of pay Immediate start 3 weeks of work available
