A well-established specialist electronics manufacturing business in Portsmouth is looking for a Planning Administrator to join its Production Planning team.
Working within a team of five and reporting to the Planning Manager, you will help ensure materials and production kits are released accurately and on time.
This Planning Administrator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with ERP systems, maintaining accurate information and supporting a busy manufacturing operation.
Job Responsibilities Release production kits and materials in line with manufacturing requirements.
Maintain accurate planning and production information within the ERP system.
Support the Planning Manager with day-to-day production planning activities.
Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages or delays.
Update production schedules and planning records accurately.
Liaise with production, purchasing and other internal departments.
Maintain accurate system data to support manufacturing priorities.
Provide general administrative support to the wider planning function.
