Job Description SMT Operator Pay: £18.65 per hour – Double Days | £20.76 per hour – Nights Shifts: Double Days & Nights Available Contract: Temporary, with potential Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate Workshop Recruitment are currently looking for experienced SMT Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment. Monitor machinery and production output to maintain quality standards. Work to engineering drawings, production instructions and quality procedures. Ability to follow production instructions and quality procedures. Good attention to detail and quality awareness. Experience with SMT machine setup and changeovers.
